In Division 4, the Lake Forest Fire Department’s two stations have been added to the site. The main station, located at 255 W. Deerpath Road, is equipped with a wide range of apparatus, including a buggy, two engines, three ambulances, a tower ladder, a squad, a utility unit, a boat, and an ATV. Most of the ambulances are now listed, with only one still pending.

For many years, the Lake Forest Fire Department's vehicles were painted entirely red. This changed in 1991 when they acquired four Pierce units that featured white roofs. Even as late as 2007, they continued using the white-over-red color scheme with the delivery of Engine 422, a Pierce Dash rescue pumper. In 2008, they received an IHC/Horton ambulance painted black over red. Additionally, their 1994 Pierce Saber was sent to Renewed Performance, Inc. (RPI) in Tipton, Indiana for body repairs and has since been repainted in the same black-over-red scheme.
Station 2, located on the west side of town, was originally housed in the old Everett School House on Everett Road near Waukegan Road (Rt 43). As the area developed and grew, the school house was replaced in 1993 with a new, larger firehouse featuring three drive-through bays, offices for the Fire Prevention Bureau, and classroom space. The new station was built just a block away from the original location.

This modern facility reflects the community's growth and the department's commitment to providing efficient emergency services. The updated firehouse continues to serve as a vital hub for both fire and emergency medical response in the area.
Defoaming Agent
Defoamer can reduce the surface tension of water, solution, suspension, etc., prevent the formation of foam, or reduce or eliminate the original foam.
Defoamers should have the following properties:
â‘ Strong defoaming ability and low dosage;
â‘¡ Adding it to the foaming system does not affect the basic properties of the system, that is, it does not react with the defoamed system;
â‘¢ Low surface tension;
â‘£ Good balance with the surface;
⑤ Good heat resistance;
â‘¥ Good diffusion and permeability, with a high coefficient of positive spreading;
⑦ Chemical stability and strong oxidation resistance;
⑧ Good gas solubility and permeability;
⑨ Low solubility in foaming solutions;
â‘© No physiological activity, high safety.
The application of defoamers is very extensive, such as in the food industry, paper industry, water treatment, oil extraction industry, printing and dyeing industry, coating industry, detergent industry, rubber latex industry, aerosol industry, daily chemical industry, pharmaceutical industry, dairy industry, etc
