The injector itself is a normally closed valve that is controlled by a valve needle that moves up and down. When the ECU issues an injection command, its voltage signal will cause the current to flow through the coil in the injector, generating a magnetic field to suck up the valve needle and let the valve open so that the fuel can be ejected from the injection hole. The gasoline engine nozzle is part of the petrol electromechanical control system and replaces the carburetor of the carburetor gasoline engine. The nozzles for automobiles mainly include: diesel nozzles, gasoline nozzles, and natural gas nozzles.

So how to use the nozzle properly?

1. Sliding test: In the absence of oil, the needle valve must be able to fall on the needle seat surface by its own weight. When you turn it over, you can pour it out again. Do not drop the needle valve to the ground during operation.

2、Injector hole cleaning: The single-hole injector nozzle's injector diameter is mostly φ1.0, φ1.5 mm; the porous injector's injector aperture is 0.25-0.40 mm. When cleaning this small orifice, special pin must be used. The commonly used pin diameter specifications are φ0.25, φ0.30, φ0.35, φ0.40 mm. The tip of the pass pin or the groove shape of 450 can be gently raked to make it easier to clear the spray hole.
