Specification for estimation of deposits of geological resources in mineral deposits

        1 The design should be carried out to test and estimate the geological resource reserves. The estimation method should adopt geostatistics. The estimated results of resource reserves should be compared with the resource reserves reviewed and filed, and the relative errors allowed should meet the following requirements:
        (1) ore allows the relative error of 3% to 5%, the amount of bauxite ore allow relative error of less than 7%;
        (2) Main grade useful components allows the relative error of 3% to 5%, the amount of metal to allow relative error is less than 5%;
        (3) When the estimation method is the same, the lower limit should be taken; when the estimation method is different, the upper limit should be taken; when the provisions of paragraphs 1 and 2 of this article are exceeded, the reasons should be analyzed.

The reserves and design utilization resource reserves in the 2nd stage or step, in the open boundary and outside the boundary shall be estimated according to the determined mining range, stage or step elevation.

        The estimation of the reserves of useful components in the 3 stages or steps shall be in accordance with the following provisions:
        (1) When the associated useful components are mainly present as independent minerals and have systematic basic analytical data, the average grade and metal amount of the stage or step shall be calculated in the same manner as the main components. When only the combined analysis data is available, the average grade of the ore body can be calculated, and the metal amount of the stage or step can be obtained correspondingly. However, when the content of the associated useful component is significantly different among different ore types, it should be different according to the stage or step. The amount of ore is weighted and the average grade is calculated;
        (2) The associated useful components are mainly in the minerals in which the main components are present in the same type, and only the single mineral analysis or combined analysis results may not calculate the grade and metal content of the stage or step.
        4 Using the geometric method to estimate the stage or step resource reserves, the distribution method should be adopted. The estimated total error of each stage or step resource reserve and the allowable reserve of resources within the same range shall comply with the provisions of Table 4.3.4 . Table phase or step resource reserve estimation allows relative error ( % )
Calculation method Amount of ore grade
Distribution method ≤ 1 ≤ 5
Other methods ≤ 5 ≤ 5

Note: Grade refers to the main component.
        5 The estimation method of the distribution method or the storage of the step resources shall be based on the block segments divided by the geological report as the basic unit for the distribution of ore. The average grade of ore in each stage of the stage or step should be recombined according to the sample segment taken. The average grade of ore at each stage or step should be weighted by the amount of ore.
        6 Under the premise of allowing and fully utilizing the technical conditions, the detailed indicators can be determined through detailed technical and economic analysis in the pre-exploitation areas, and the rich and poor ore, and the corresponding resource reserves of the stage or step can be delineated separately.
