**Key Features of Our T-Slotted Floor Plates:**
1. **Material:** High-strength, high-density gray cast iron (Grade GG-20, GG-25, or GG-30). Nodular cast iron or cast steel can also be used upon request.
2. **Structure:** Ribbed or cored construction for enhanced rigidity and strength. Solid structure options are available depending on load capacity and installation space.
3. **Hardness & Surface Finish:** Typically HB 170–240 for GG-25. Higher hardness can be achieved with alternative materials. Surface flatness is available in DIN 876 Grade I, II, or III. Surface roughness is Ra 3.2 μm via CNC machining, with optional Ra 1.6 μm through grinding.
4. **T-Slot Tolerances:** Standard H12, but H7 or H8 can be provided upon request. Slots can be aligned parallel or angled relative to the longitudinal direction.
5. **Heat Treatment:** Two stages of annealing (after casting and after rough machining) followed by aging treatment to relieve internal stress, ensuring long-term stability and accuracy.
6. **Connectivity:** Grooves on all sides allow multiple plates to be joined into a larger surface area.
7. **Accessories:** Leveling pads, anchoring systems, leveling studs, and steel plates are included. Vibration-damping spring mounts are also available upon request.
8. **Dimensions:** Standard sizes range from 1000x1000 mm to 10000x4000 mm. Custom sizes are available upon request.
