1. **Material:** Made from high-strength, high-density gray cast iron with grades like GG-20, GG-25, or GG-30. Nodular cast iron or cast steel can also be used upon request.
2. **Structure:** Available in ribbed or cored designs for optimal rigidity and strength. Solid structures can also be customized based on your needs.
3. **Hardness & Surface Finish:** Typically HB170–240 for GG-25 gray cast iron. Higher hardness options are available. Surface flatness meets DIN 876 standards (Grade I, II, or III), and surface roughness is Ra 3.2 μm with CNC machining, or Ra 1.6 μm with grinding if required.
4. **T-Slot Tolerance:** Standard H12, but can be adjusted to H7 or H8 upon request. T-slots can be aligned parallel or at an angle to the longitudinal direction.
5. **Heat Treatment:** Undergoes two annealing processes (after casting and after rough machining) followed by aging treatment to ensure dimensional stability and prevent long-term distortion.
6. **Connectivity:** Grooves on all sides allow multiple plates to be joined into larger areas.
7. **Accessories:** Includes leveling pads, anchoring systems, or leveling studs and steel plates. Vibration-damping spring mounts are also available.
