Recently, the industry standard drafting work conference for Energy Dispersive X-ray Fluorescence Spectrometer was held at the Jiale International Hotel in Kunshan. Tianrui Instrument organized this meeting as the standard drafting unit.

According to the first batch of industry standard revision project plans issued in 2010 under the No. 74 Document of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology [2010], including the project code 2010-1130T-JB “Energy Dispersive X-ray Fluorescence Spectrometer Part 1: General Technology”, 2010 -1131T-JB Energy Dispersive X-ray Fluorescence Spectrometers Part 2: Elemental Analyzers and 2010-1132 T-JB Energy Dispersive X-ray Fluorescence Spectrometers Part 3: Coating Thickness Analyzers project. The three standards were drafted by Tianrui Instrument Co., Ltd. and a drafting working group was established in August 2011.

At the meeting, the EDX industry standards expert group proposed amendments to the drafted standards and further improved the standards. At the meeting, Ma Yajuan, Secretary-General of the China Instrument and Meter Industry Association, granted the “National Professional Standardization Technical Committee Certificate” to Zhou Xiaohui, Vice Minister of Research and Development of Skyray Instruments. During the same period, experts from the working group visited Tianrui Instruments.
