1, the working principle of the vacuum pump

2 Working principle of rotary vane vacuum pump: When the eccentric rotor rotates, the rotary vane soaked in the oil slides against the inner wall of the pump under the action of centrifugal force, the volume of the suction chamber gradually increases, and the sucked gas is sucked into the rotary suction pump. Until the end of the rotary vane suction, the suction gas is isolated. As the rotor continues to rotate, the isolated gas is gradually compressed and the pressure is increased. When the pressure exceeds the pressure at the exhaust port, the gas is discharged outside the pump. During this process, the engine oil will be mixed with high pressure to be pumped into the gas, and then separated from the pumped gas as the pressure decreases. Due to the special working environment of the agricultural truck, the gas to be pumped into is not clean or contains biogas and other substances. Corrosive gas slag, after repeated mixing reaction, the oil of engine oil will degenerate and lose its lubricating function. When it is found, the pump casing will be exhausted. (Even if vapor separator is added, corrosive gas will enter the pump.) .
