Nanjing Fiat has announced a significant reduction in the price of car accessories, effective from New Year's Day. This adjustment affects over 500 types of wear parts and 1500 kinds of medium-damage or slow-wear components, making up more than half of all accessories available for Nanjing Fiat models. The price cuts vary across different items, with the most noticeable reductions seen in regularly maintained parts—offering consumers a more affordable option for car maintenance. Unlike vehicle price adjustments, this comprehensive change benefits both new and existing owners of Nanjing Fiat models. Mr. Jing Boqing, Deputy General Manager of Nanjing Fiat and General Manager of the Sales Department, explained that spare parts play a vital role in 4S dealerships. As a key part of product value, spare parts directly impact customer satisfaction and brand loyalty. Nanjing Fiat considers its after-sales service, including accessory availability, as an essential component of its brand identity. Currently, over 60,000 Nanjing Fiat vehicles are on the road, with 16,000 in Beijing alone. With the growing number of vehicles, the demand for routine maintenance and repairs has significantly increased. To meet this demand, Nanjing Fiat has made a strategic decision to adjust its pricing system, ensuring it remains competitive and aligned with market needs.
