Description:
The EGW gas electric welding machine is a high-efficiency automatic welding equipment that uses current feedback for closed-loop control of the car. It has a single-pass forced water cooling system and can weld materials with thickness ranging from 10mm to 50mm. The liquid level of the molten pool is automatically controlled, and the length of the welding wire extension is adjusted automatically. This machine is compact in size, lightweight, easy to update, and convenient to use. It features optional fixed methods such as permanent magnet adsorption, electromagnet adsorption, vacuum suction, and switch permanent magnet adsorption, making it easy to assemble and disassemble. It is widely used in industries like oil, chemical, blast furnace, and shipbuilding for thick plate welding.
Main Parts
A) The main frame consists of transverse welding operations and steel structure welding. It is suitable for upside-down tank construction. The minimum diameter is 5.0m, and the board range is 1.5m to 2.5m.

C) EGW welding control box
The control box operates using Nanjing Lincoln's EGW system, designed for the production and design of EGW heavy gas electric welding cars. It offers real-time remote display of welding current and voltage, car lights, remote regulation of current and voltage, stem elongation adjustment, cold wire, arc, and arc extinguishing functions, and automatic closed-loop control of the car’s walking function along with manual backup. It meets all requirements of the EGW-3G gas welding process and represents the integration of complex automation systems and simple field operation needs.
It can meet all requirements of EGW-3G gas welding process, it is the crystallization of complex automation control system and simple field operation requirement.

D) Linear welding oscillator
The welding line swing controller matched with the EGW welding operation control box is supplied by the welding operation control box without additional power supply. With the swing speed, swing amplitude, before / after the stop time to adjust the function of real-time. At the same time can be automatic, convenient clamping and welding torch.
When matched with the EGW welding operation control box is connected into an integral operation interface, which is connected by the aviation plug, the signal is stable, and the transportation is reliable; and the utility model can be used separately.
