Ultrasonic immersible transducers advantages:
1. The ultrasonic immersible transducer is composed of two parts: the immersible transducer box and the ultrasonic generator. When the standard model of the ultrasonic cleaning machine is not suitable for a specific working environment, it can be customized in addition to special specifications. It is also possible to use an input-type ultrasonic immersible transducer box and convert it into an ultrasonic cleaner, which can save equipment costs and achieve cleaning effects.
2. The immersible transducer box adopts an all-stainless steel structure that is resistant to alkali and acid, and the plate is coated with hard chrome. Ultrasonic transducer adopts high-quality and high-performance products with high electro-acoustic conversion efficiency.
3. With the separated structure, the high frequency line with socket is used between the immersible transducer box and the ultrasonic generator, which is convenient for use and maintenance.
4. The installation layout is flexible, and the ultrasonic radiation surface can be arranged on the bottom, side or top surface of the cleaning tank as required.
5. Ultrasonic plate can be customized according to customer requirements. How do ultrasonic immersible transducers work?
The application principle of the ultrasonic immersible transducer gets high-frequency oscillation signal emitted from the ultrasonic generator. It is converted into high-frequency mechanical oscillation through the transducer and propagated to the medium. The ultrasonic radiation in the solvent is scattered between the dense and phased forward radiation. The liquid flows to generate tens of thousands of tiny bubbles. The tiny bubbles (cavitation nucleuses) existing in the liquid vibrate under the action of the sound field. When the sound pressure reaches a certain value, the bubbles rapidly increase, and then suddenly close, creating a shock wave that generates thousands of atmospheric pressures around them, destroying insoluble dirt and dispersing it in the cleaning liquid. When group particles are covered with oil and adhere to the surface of the cleaning part, the oil is emulsified and solid particles are detached, achieving the purpose of surface cleaning.
