The EGW gas electric welding machine is a high-efficiency automatic welding equipment that uses current feedback for closed-loop control of the car. It features single-pass forced water cooling with a molding thickness range of 10mm to 50mm. The system automatically controls the liquid level of the molten pool and adjusts the length of the welding wire extension. This compact, lightweight device is easy to upgrade and use, making it ideal for various industrial applications. It offers optional fixed methods such as permanent magnet adsorption, electromagnet adsorption, vacuum sucker adsorption, and switch permanent magnet adsorption, allowing for convenient assembly and disassembly. Widely used in industries like oil, chemical, blast furnace, and shipbuilding for thick plate welding.
Main Parts
A) The main frame consists of transverse welding operations and steel structure. It is suitable for upside-down tank construction. The minimum diameter is 5.0m, and the board size ranges from 1.5m to 2.5m.

B) EGW crawling trolley and rail
Equipped with an imported Japanese Sanyo crawler drive motor, this trolley includes a welding torch adjustment device, front slide fastening device, and front slider adjustment device.

C) EGW welding control box
The control box operates using Nanjing Lincoln welding technology, specifically designed for the EGW heavy gas electric welding car. It provides remote real-time monitoring of welding current and voltage, car lights, and regulation functions. It also allows for stem elongation adjustment, cold wire, arc, and arc extinguishing functions, along with automatic closed-loop control of the car's walking function and manual backup control. This makes it ideal for all requirements of the EGW-3G gas welding process, combining complex automation with simple field operation.

D) Linear welding oscillator
This controller is matched with the EGW welding operation control box and does not require additional power supply. It supports real-time adjustments for swing speed, amplitude, and pre/post stop time. It can operate automatically, enabling convenient clamping and welding torch handling. When connected to the EGW welding operation control box, it forms an integrated operation interface via aviation plug, ensuring stable signals and reliable transportation. It can also be used independently.
