Ultrasonic immersible transducers advantages:
1. The ultrasonic immersible transducer is composed of two parts: the immersible transducer box and the ultrasonic generator. When standard models of ultrasonic cleaning machines are not suitable for specific environments, they can be customized. It is also possible to use an input-type ultrasonic immersible transducer box and convert it into an ultrasonic cleaner, saving equipment costs and achieving effective cleaning.
2. The immersible transducer box adopts an all-stainless steel structure resistant to alkali and acid, with a hard chrome-coated plate. The ultrasonic transducer uses high-quality products with high electro-acoustic conversion efficiency.
3. With the separated structure, a high-frequency line with a socket is used between the immersible transducer box and the ultrasonic generator, which is convenient for use and maintenance.
4. The installation layout is flexible, and the ultrasonic radiation surface can be arranged on the bottom, side, or top of the cleaning tank as required.
5. Ultrasonic plates can be customized according to customer requirements. These plates are suitable for cleaning before plating, watch parts, hardware machinery parts, polyester filters, semiconductor wafers, tools, lenses, frames, jewelry, glass, utensils, and other industries, offering a wide range of applications.
How do ultrasonic immersible transducers work?
The application principle of the ultrasonic immersible transducer gets high-frequency oscillation signals emitted from the ultrasonic generator. It is converted into high-frequency mechanical oscillations through the transducer and propagated to the medium. The ultrasonic radiation in the solvent causes tiny bubbles to form. These bubbles vibrate under the sound field and, when reaching a certain pressure, rapidly expand and collapse, generating shock waves that break down insoluble dirt and disperse it in the cleaning liquid. Oil-covered particles are emulsified, and solid particles detach, achieving surface cleaning.
