When there are more than two outlets in a mine, natural ventilation occurs due to the different air densities of these outlets. As shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, if the density ρ ₁ and ρ _{2 of the} AB section and the CD section air column are equal, there is no wind flow in the mine. If ρ ₁ and ρ _{2 are} not equal, the mine has a wind flow, and the density is large. Flow to the side with a low density. The air density mainly depends on the atmospheric pressure and temperature. The temperature is the most affected. Due to the difference in temperature inside and outside the mine or other factors, the density of the air column inside and outside the mine can be changed, causing the air to flow to form natural ventilation.
