“Same line, same standard, homogenous” means that export enterprises produce export and domestic products according to the same standard on the same production line, so that the products supplied to the domestic market and the international market reach the same quality level.
On January 1 this year, the China Export Tire Quality Technology Promotion Committee issued the “Guidelines for the Recognition of the Same Quality of the Export Tire Enterprises”.
The standard is compiled according to the characteristics of the tire industry. It is part of the “three-in-one” quality and safety supervision system for tires, which is conducive to ensuring that domestic products of tire enterprises continue to meet the “three” conditions.
Since last year, relevant departments have accelerated the “three-in-one” certification of export products.
The General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine, the Shandong Inspection and Quarantine Bureau, and the China Export Tire Quality Technology Promotion Committee have vigorously promoted the “three-way” project for exporting industrial products, especially tire products.
They carried out a series of work on national key tire enterprise research, expert discussions, and standard comparison.
Shandong Dongying is a gathering area for the tire industry and a microcosm of China's tire exports. To achieve the tire export, domestic sales "same line, the same standard, homogenous", can not get around this place.
As can be seen from the above table, these certified tire companies are located in Shandong Province and are representative of a group of local enterprises.
Some insiders told Tire World that Shandong has a large number of small and medium-sized tire companies, and their products are competitive in price advantage, but not enough for standards and quality. The “three-way” certification is relatively simple for large enterprises, and the real difficulty in its implementation lies in small and medium-sized enterprises.
