The response curve of the upper left mounting point of the water tank did not greatly improve before and after the improvement of the radiator frame structure, and the change trend was basically the same before and after the improvement, which may be related to the fact that the radiator frame structure did not improve the upper beam structure.

After the structure of the lower beam of the radiator frame is improved, the dynamic stiffness performance of the lower left mounting point of the water tank in the X and Z directions is greatly improved, the vibration frequency is excessively gentle, and the peak frequency of the local part is effectively avoided, but Y The dynamic stiffness performance in the direction did not change substantially before and after the improvement of the radiator frame structure. This indicates that the improved position, location, and direction of the radiator frame structure are closely related to the dynamic stiffness properties of the final X, Y, and Z directions. In this paper, because only the lower beam structure of the radiator frame is improved, the opening structure is changed to a closed cross-section structure, and at the same time, a connecting plate is added to the radiator lower beam and the inner side of the left and right columns, respectively, and the upper beam is not improved. Therefore, the simulation analysis results only show that the dynamic stiffness performance of the lower mounting point has changed.
