Tram lines should provide passengers with dynamic information such as vehicle location, arrival forecast, and vehicle congestion.
After the implementation of the demonstration project, passengers traveling by city buses can obtain information on travel routes, transfers, etc. through the website, etc. before traveling; they can use the platform's electronic information service screens, mobile terminals, or electronic information service screens in the carriages during travel. By way of broadcasting, information such as vehicle arrival, traffic conditions, etc. can be obtained; after traveling, service evaluation, complaint suggestion, lost property, etc. can be conducted through websites and other channels.
