Foreword

This standard is a revision of ZB D96 003-87 "Stirring Tank". At the time of revision, the original standard was edited and the main technical content remained unchanged.

This standard replaces ZB D96 003-87 from the date of implementation.

This standard is proposed and managed by the National Mining Machinery Standardization Technical Committee.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of the agitation tank.

This standard applies to ordinary mixing tanks. It is used for the mixing of various non-corrosive slurries and chemicals, the dissolution of chemicals and the storage of slurries. The maximum particle size in the slurry should be less than 1 mm and its concentration should not be greater than 40% by weight.

2 Reference standard

The provisions contained in the following standards constitute provisions of this standard by reference in this standard. At the time of publication, the editions indicated were valid. All standards will be revised and parties using this standard should explore the possibility of using the latest version of the following standards.

3 Product Categories

3. 1 type

According to the structure of the agitation tank, it can be made into two types: the center-receiving circulation cylinder (RJ type) and the centerless ore-receiving circulation cylinder (RJW type). Each type of agitation tank is divided into two types: a flat bottom and a cone bottom depending on the shape of the bottom of the groove.

The RJ type agitating tank body has a central ore circulation cylinder for mixing various slurry and agent before flotation. It is generally suitable for slurry with grinding fineness of 0.074mm and more than 50%. Its structure is shown in Figure 1.

3. 2 models

The model representation method shall comply with the provisions of JB/T 1604.

Example of labeling:

The inner diameter of the tank body is 2000mm, with a centrally-receiving circulation cylinder, and the tank body is a flat bottom agitation tank, marked as:

3. 3 basic parameters and dimensions

The basic parameters and dimensions of the agitation tank are to comply with the requirements of Tables 1 and 2.

4 Technical requirements

4.1 Stirring tanks shall comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured in accordance with the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures.

4.2 The structure of the agitation tank should meet the following conditions:

a) the slurry can continuously and uniformly circulate in the entire volume of the tank;

b) can work normally when feeding slurry or solution with temperature less than 80 °C;

c) Easy maintenance.

4.3 The impeller of the agitation tank should be made of wear-resistant materials.

4.4 The stirring device shall be statically balanced, and the static unbalanced torque allowed by the large pulley and the impeller shall be specified on the drawing.

4.5 All welds in the tank should be uniform and should not have obvious defects and no leakage.

4.6 Castings shall not have defects such as blisters and pores that affect their strength.

4.7 The seal of the bearing body should be reliable and must not seep.

4.8 Both non-cut and non-cooperating surfaces of metal parts shall be coated with two primers and two coats. The total thickness of the paint film shall not be less than 74μm, and the adhesion of the paint film shall not be lower than the second grade in GB/T 1720. The paint should be uniform and free from defects such as falling off, peeling, cracks and flow marks.

4.9 The rotation of the main shaft of the agitation tank should be flexible. When the machine is running continuously, the temperature rise of the bearing must not exceed 40 °C of the surrounding medium temperature.

4.10 There is no obvious vibration during the operation of the agitation tank. The radial runout error of the impeller shall not exceed the tolerance value given in Table 3.

4.11 Stirring tank should be stable when running, no rubbing phenomenon, noise should be no more than 85dB (A).

4.12 The complete supply range of the agitation tank includes:

a) a full set of mechanical parts;

b) Motor (power supply according to user requirements).

5 Test methods

5.1 The impeller and the pulley shall be subjected to static balance test. The test shall adopt the method of metal removal, and the method of welding weight shall not be allowed.

5.2 The painting quality of the stirring tank shall be visually inspected. The thickness of the paint film shall be measured by a magnetic thickness gauge. The adhesion of the paint film shall be inspected according to the provisions of GB/T 1720.

5.3 The temperature rise of the bearing is measured with a thermometer.

5.4 The impeller is rotated by hand movement, and the impeller rounding error is detected by a measuring instrument with a measurement error of not more than 0.1 mm. Visual inspection of the weld of the tank and the seal of the bearing. The weld of the tank body is tested for oil permeability. After 0.5 h, the white powder applied on the back side shall not appear black.

5.5 The noise should be measured with a sound level meter at a distance of 1 m from the outer contour of the agitation tank.

6 Inspection rules

6.1 The agitation tank shall be inspected by the inspection department of the manufacturer and accompanied by documents proving that the quality of the product is qualified before leaving the factory.

6.2 Each mixing tank shall be subject to factory inspection. The inspection items are 4.5, 4.7~4.10 of this standard. In the factory inspection process, it should be idle for 1h to check the correctness of the interconnection of components.

6.3 Stirring tanks should be type tested regularly. 4.11 Noise is only measured on the first plan of the annual plan. The remaining units are filled in the product certificate according to their values. For each type of transmission, at least one slot is taken every six months. Perform a water test on the body (or on the test bench) for 2 hours.

7 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage

7.1 Each mixing tank should be fixed in a prominent position on the product label. Its type and size should meet the requirements of GB/T 13306, and indicate the following:

a) manufacturer's name and trademark;

b) product name and model number;

c) main technical parameters;

d) the factory number;

e) Date of manufacture.

7.2 Stirring tanks can be packaged in whole or in sections. When transporting in a unitary form, the shaft of the stirring device should be fixed firmly, and the package should meet the requirements for waterway and land transportation.

7.3 The exposed surface of the machine shall be rust-proofed and its rust-preventing period shall be not less than 2 years.

7.4 Packages shall be marked with signs including:

a) product name, model number and contract number;

b) net weight, gross weight, box number, and outer dimensions;

c) receiving station and receiving unit;

d) Name of the delivery station and manufacturer.

7.5 Stirring tanks should be stored in the warehouse or under the shed.

7.6 The following technical documents are included:

a) product general map, installation diagram;

b) product specification;

c) Packing list.

7.7 Random technical documents should be placed in plastic bags and placed in a box labeled “Documents here”.
