The difference between branch flotation and branch stream flotation

Branch flotation is to divide the original slurry into several flotations, that is, the crude flotation of the former flotation is sequentially added to the original pulp and coarsely selected (Fig. 1). The last rough selection can produce the final concentrate or its concentrate and send it to the next job for further selection. The advantage of this process is that by adding the former foam to the back branch, the original ore grade can be artificially increased, and the excess agent in the previous foam can be applied in the subsequent flotation, thereby gradually reducing the number of times. The dosage of a pulp and the reduction of total drug consumption. At the same time, the difficult-to-float fine-grained part of this branch may have a floating float as a carrier. This method can improve the flotation conditions and improve the sorting effect, especially for low-grade and difficult-to-float ore.
Branch stream flotation is essentially a combined process of both branch and stream flotation, with greater variability. The so-called cross-flow is to introduce the middle mine to another specific location according to a certain purpose. As shown in Fig. 2, the stirring operation of sweeping the foam of II-I into the first ore is performed, so that the foam of II-I is again subjected to the action of the medicament.

The structure of the branch stream flotation process is varied and can be selected based on the nature of the ore and experimentally.

With straw as raw material, the production line can produce 1.0-10 tons of straw pellets with diameter of 6/8 mm. The core part of the production line is a SHD760 high-efficiency centrifugal pelletizer.
