Luo Luo received orders for 10 anchor handling vessels in Malaysia

Rolls-Royce has signed a contract to deliver a wide range of marine equipment packages for the Nam Cheong Shipyard in Malaysia for the design and construction of 10 80-ton bollard anchor-treated offshore vessels designed for the shipyard with a total contract value of approximately £20 million. Includes the same priority as the other ship equipment package.
According to reports, Rolls-Royce delivered equipment including deck machinery and propulsion systems, such as multiple low-pressure hydraulic drive winches, azimuth thrusters, tunnel thrusters, and propulsion control systems (Helicon X3).
Nam Cheong Shipyard is the second sea support ship builder in the eastern Suez Canal. Four of the 10 new ships are built in Malaysia and six are built in China.
