One of its recent actions was the announcement in November that it plans to spend 600 million yuan to acquire a 60% stake in Shenzhen Terei New Education Group Co., Ltd. However, NVC Lighting has no intention of this cross-border transformation. Du Yinghua said that it does not feel that the market is saturated.
