Commonly used equipment for external amalgamation

External amalgam operations often utilize various types of amalgam plates. Gold mines currently used in most of the fixed type flat plate amalgamator. Fixed mercury amalgamation plates and vibrating amalgamation plates with intermediate trapping grooves are commonly used abroad. In recent years, equipment such as the short cone cyclone mercury amalgamation device and the continuous amalgamation machine have also been applied to different degrees.
The fixed amalgam plate is mainly composed of a bracket, a bed surface and a mercury plate. As shown below.

The bracket and bed surface can be made of wood or steel. The upper end of the mercury amalgamation plate is generally provided with a feed tank having a mercury trap at the end. The ore tank is also called the slurry distributor, and the purpose is to make the amalgam plate evenly distributed on the whole mercury plate. It is a rectangular wooden box with a number of small holes with a diameter of 30-50 mm on the side facing the mercury plate. The slurry flows out of the hole and is covered with mercury plates. The role of the mercury trap is to capture mercury and mercury paste that is lost from the slurry on the mercury plate. It is practiced as a one-person buffer pool. With the difference in the specific gravity of mercury or mercury paste and gangue, mercury and mercury paste are allowed to sink and the slurry flows away. When the material has a large specific gravity and the particle size is coarse, the water can be added from the lower part of the mercury trap to cause pulsating water flow (150 to 200 times/min).
Appropriate widening of the width of the mercury plate can make the slurry flow thinner and evenly distributed, which is beneficial to the amalgamation of gold. Most of the mercury-mixable gold is captured in the front of the mercury-mixing plate, so the mercury-mixing plate does not have to be too long. The mercury-mixing plate disposed in the grinding classification circuit generally has a length of 2 to 4 meters. The inclination of the mercury amalgamation plate is related to the ore size and slurry concentration. When the ore is coarser and the slurry is thicker, the inclination should be larger; otherwise, it should be smaller. The angle of inclination is generally between 7 ° and 20 °.

The air-to-Oil Cooler is mainly used in various equipments that use petroleum, lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, etc. as heat medium to achieve the purpose of cooling the high-temperature oil passing through the heat exchanger through air-cooling.

Advantages: Strong corrosion resistance, compact structure, small footprint, and high degree of customization.various air-cooled drive modes, DC motor, AC motor, hydraulic motor, air motor, special explosion-proof motor, etc., better to choose the appropriate drive mode according to industrial environmental factors, without the help of external cooling medium, lower The hardware requirements can be used to cool the oil and ultimately ensure the benign operation of the equipment.

Applications: Construction machinery engines, hydraulic transmission equipment, air compressors, production and processing equipment, industrial spraying equipment, electrical equipment, generator sets, marine equipment, wind power equipment, metallurgical equipment, etc.
