Urumqi, June 6th, Xinjiang Victory Road police station in Karamay, Xinjiang, said on the 6th that a young man who worked in Karamay had been overjoyed because of the lottery. As a result of the onset of mental illness, the hospital chased and beaten the doctors, and the medical personnel forcedly subdued them.

The police revealed that the young guy, Xiangmou, was a worker from Sichuan to Karamay, and he always insisted on buying lottery tickets. In late May, Xiangmou told his workers that he bought 170,000 yuan in lottery tickets, and he had to borrow 50 yuan to receive the prize. After the coworker lent him 50 yuan, he was out of the door.

In the afternoon of the same day, Xiang’s sudden illness near the passenger terminal was returned to the construction site by the Kunlun police police station. Soon after, he ran out of the construction site again. In the evening, he returned to the work shed. The coworkers discovered that he had a lot of blisters on his body and was bleeding. He took him to the hospital. When the doctor examined him for injuries, Xiangmou suddenly got up and rushed to the medical staff, and kept waiting in the mouth to receive the prize. The security guard then controlled him to the ground.

After a certain bandage was finished, the police brought him back to the police station. Along the way, Xiangmou's mouth has been talking about what, who did not answer.

In desperation, the police contacted his father who had worked in Hutubi and his uncle and they both rushed to Karamay overnight.

After the communication, the police learned that Xiangmou’s mental illness recurred because of sudden over-excitation. The police suggested that Xiang’s father and uncle brought him home to heal. Lottery winnings are resolved by family members themselves. (Finish)
