Our remanufacturing center is open and operating 6 days a week. We specialize in remanufacturing Komatsu, Caterpillar, and Cummins diesel engines for trucks and equipment. Our process starts with taking a core engine and completely dismantling it. The parts are then cleaned and inspected by our skilled machine shop team.

Once the components pass inspection, they are machined to meet original manufacturer specifications. This ensures that every part functions as if it were new. After machining, we begin the assembly process using premium reman kits, replacing all worn or damaged parts with new or remanufactured components.

Once the engine is fully assembled, it undergoes a rigorous dyno test to ensure it performs under load. If it passes, the engine is sent to the paint booth for finishing before being prepared for shipment to our customers.
