Our remanufacturing center is open and operating six days a week. We specialize in remanufacturing engines from Komatsu, Caterpillar, and Cummins for trucks and heavy equipment. Each core we receive is fully dismantled, cleaned, and inspected by our skilled machine shop team. After inspection, parts are machined to meet original manufacturer specifications, ensuring they function like new.

The assembly process uses premium reman kits, with all components either new or remanufactured. Once assembled, each engine undergoes rigorous testing on a dynamometer to ensure it performs under load. After passing the test, the engine is painted and prepared for shipment to our customers.
