This is from Larry Shapiro: A three-car collision occurred last week on December 4, 2022, at the intersection of Deerfield Parkway and Buffalo Grove Road in Buffalo Grove. The incident involved one vehicle that veered off the road, crashed through a fence, and struck a tree. The driver of that car required emergency extrication. Meanwhile, the other two vehicles were still on the roadway. One of the drivers was ejected from their vehicle during the crash. Two injured individuals were transported to local hospitals by ambulances from both Buffalo Grove and Long Grove. As part of the response, fire and police departments from Buffalo Grove worked alongside local emergency services to secure the scene and assist the victims. The area was cleared after a thorough investigation, and no further injuries were reported beyond the initial incidents.
