1 Scope

This standard specifies the requirements of automatic spray control valve with hydraulic support, test methods, inspection rules, signs, packaging, transportation and storage.

This standard applies to coal mine hydraulic support with a variety of automatic spray control valve.

3 definition

This standard uses the following definition.

3.1 hydraulic support with automatic spray control valve

It is installed on the coal mine hydraulic support and connected with the corresponding hydraulic pipeline. When the corresponding handle of the support is used to make the support move, the device which uses the working fluid to automatically open or close the spray waterway (hereinafter referred to as the control valve) is installed.

3.2 working liquid operating emulsion

The control valve to open or close and have a certain pressure emulsion.

3.3 open pressure opening pressure

The minimum pressure required to open the control valve, in MPa. 4 requirements

Control valves shall comply with the provisions of this standard and shall be manufactured in accordance with the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures.

4.1 using the ambient temperature

In the ambient temperature 4 ~ 40 ℃ under normal conditions.

4.2 appearance

4.3 interface

Inlet, outlet and working fluid into the liquid hole interface should be quick connector form, interface size and surface roughness should be consistent with the standard Appendix A (standard appendix) requirements, the interface after the test without water leakage phenomenon.

4.4 strength

Control valve fluid rated pressure of 32MPa, from the control valve inlet 1.5 times the rated working pressure test, no liquid discharge, the shell and parts do not produce any deformation or damage.

4.5 resistance loss

When the water flows through the control valve at 20L / min, the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet ports should not exceed 0.1MPa.

4.6 open the pressure

Water pressure in the range of 1.0 ~ 7.0MPa, the opening pressure should not exceed 2MPa.

4.7 Use water pressure

In the use of water pressure of 1.0 to 7. oMPa range of test control valve should be able to normally open and close the test process control valve can not be automatically opened or closed phenomenon.

4.8 service life

After 4 000 cycles, the seal shall comply with 4.9.

4.9 sealed

Table 1 sealed test method for testing, the test pressure should be no pressure drop.

Working fluid rated pressure and the use of water pressure range, after 2h regulator test, the working fluid should not have pressure drop.

5 test methods

5.1 Test System

Test system shown in Figure 1.

5.2 Test equipment and equipment

5.2.1 Pressure gauge: Range of 0 ~ 1.6MPa and 0 ~ 40MPa two, accuracy of 1.5.

5.2.2 meter: rated pressure ≥ 7.0MPa, rated flow ≥ 30L / min.

5.2.3 stopwatch: ordinary mechanical stopwatch or electronic stopwatch.

5.2.4 spray pump: rated pressure ≥ 7.0MPa, rated flow ≥ 30L / min.

5.2.5 working fluid pump: rated pressure ≥ 32MPa.

5.2.6 valve: hydraulic support with a valve.

5.2.7 Counter: Blood cell counter.

5.2.8 Pressure device: rated pressure ≥ 48MPa.

5.3 Test conditions

5.3.1 Test spray water temperature 4 ℃ ~ 40 ℃.

5.3.2 Test Working Fluid The emulsified oil or rust-proof low-condensable 5 # hydraulic oil formulated by MT 76-83 emulsified oil and neutral soft water according to 5:95 weight ratio is used.

5.3.3 working fluid temperature control at 10 ℃ ~ 50 ℃.

5.3.4 spray water and working fluid should be filtered with a filter accuracy of 0.125mm filter.

5.3.5 The outlet of the control valve should be connected with a certain number of nozzles so as to meet the requirements of the flow rate when the resistance is measured.

Use water pressure

The water supply pressure was adjusted to 7.0,1.0MPa, and then open or close the control valve for 5min; two kinds of pressure were continuous test 5 times

Life test

The working fluid pressure is adjusted to 5 ~ 6MPa, water pressure adjusted to 1.5 ~ 2.0MPa; and then open the control valve, when the water passed immediately shut down to complete a cycle. Accumulated 4000 times
