YP524 double-end bottle washing machine was introduced in the early 1980s in China by the technology of Mitsubishi Corporation of Japan. It was manufactured by Hefei Light Industry Machinery Factory (now reformed to Hefei Zhongchen Light Industry Machinery Co., Ltd., hereinafter referred to as Hefei Zhongchen Company). The products have been purchased and used by many domestic breweries. In the process of use, each brewery considers its unique model, advanced structure, low bottle breaking rate and high washing rate, especially in the bottle. The brewery later changed to a single-ended bottle washer. There are also some breweries that have technically modified the machine and accumulated a lot of valuable experience. In order to meet the needs of production development, through a wide-scale market research and demonstration, a new YP624 double-end bottle washer was built by Hefei Zhongchen Company last year.

The first is the improvement of the standardization technology. The original third tank drum is filtered and de-labeled, and the chain-net type is removed. The jet flow rate of the standard washing liquid is increased, and the bottle is sprayed and de-labeled in the lye. Change the bottle to the surface of the liquid to blast off the mark, and the standard is more thorough.

Secondly, the technical improvement of the bottle holder, the bottle holder and the bottle chain are assembled by lap joint, which makes the disassembly and repair more convenient and quick. The bottle container is deep drawn and punched by deep-drawn cold-rolled plate. Its structural design is novel and unique, which is more conducive to the omni-directional and more thorough de-labeling and washing of the bottle. The bottle holder splint is pressed by 16Mn steel plate. The rigidity of the bottle holder is strengthened, and the new bottle holder is greatly enhanced in terms of use effect and service life.

In addition, some effective adjustments have been made to the washing process. As we all know, the appearance of aluminum foil paper label has raised new issues for bottle washing equipment, technology and environmental protection. The caustic soda in the aluminum foil paper and the washing liquid reacts chemically to form salt, hydrogen, water, etc., and consumes a large amount of alkali in the washing liquid, thereby reducing the washing effect of the washing liquid. The bigger problem is that these salt components are carried to the next tank with the bottle holder and the bottle wall, accelerating the contamination of the subsequent tank washing liquid. Frequent replenishment of lye or replacement of the bath is a great waste and increases the burden of sewage treatment.

Faced with these problems, the YP524 bottle washer has shown its unique superiority. It has five washing liquid soaking tanks and three circulating water tanks, which brings great convenience to the adjustment of the washing process.

First of all, before the bottle enters the soaking tank, it is the pre-flushing of the recycled circulating water. The powerful inside and outside of the bottle is sprayed, and the plastic straw and the dust and sand are removed. At the same time, the bottle is preheated and warmed up, which greatly reduces the follow-up. Contamination and consumption of tank washing liquid.

Secondly, the temperature and concentration of the first soaking tank washing liquid are appropriately increased, which is mainly used for rapidly reacting the head aluminum foil paper, reducing the concentration of the second soaking tank washing liquid (even using only water), and is mainly used for diluting the cleaning bottle assembly. And the salt component on the bottle wall reduces the pollution of the back tank liquid, greatly improves the washing efficiency, and prolongs the replacement period of the washing liquid, thereby saving energy consumption and reducing the burden of sewage treatment.

In addition, the bottles from which most of the headers are removed are continuously soaked in three, four, and five troughs. Each time a dipping tank is passed, the washing liquid in the bottle is reversed once, so that the dirt inside and outside the bottle is sufficiently softened and reacted. When passing through the third tank, a chain-type rinsing and rinsing in a six-row lye bottle are performed. When passing through the fifth tank (clearing the water tank), the lye dilution and the further drum type rinsing are performed to completely remove the dirt inside and outside the bottle.

Finally, the bottle enters a comprehensive internal and external cleaning and disinfection, including two rows of secondary circulating water, four rows of circulating water, two rows of new water in the bottle to track and rinse, plus four bottles of external fixed flushing, so that the inside and outside of the bottle is fully Washing and disinfecting, after being fully drained, is automatically discharged by the bottling device.

The improved YP524A double-end bottle washer is more suitable for the washing requirements of increasingly complex beer recycling bottles with a production capacity of 20,000 bottles per hour. Both the washing rate and the standard removal rate are above 99%, and the bottle breaking rate is also far below the industry standard of 3‰.

YP624 double-end bottle washing machine has made some technical improvements and enhancements on the washing head label and the de-marking. It has a variety of advanced functions, and the bottle washing process adjustment is more convenient and flexible.

Firstly, based on the YP524A bottle washer, the YP624 bottle washer has mainly added a soaking tank, a drum type descaling device and a main drive worm gear reducer. The piping has also been adjusted and optimized accordingly.

Secondly, the pre-rinsed bottle is subjected to continuous soaking of six tank washing liquids. The functions of the first, second and third tanks are basically the same as those of the YP524A one and two tanks, and a drum-type descaling flushing is added in the third tank. To remove most of the standard paper and dirt outside the bottle. When passing through the fourth tank, a chain-type rinsing and rinsing in a six-row lye bottle are performed again. After the lye is cleaned, the bottle enters the clear water tank (sixth tank) for lye dilution and another drum-type rinsing to completely remove the dirt inside and outside the bottle, and finally enters the comprehensive internal and external cleaning and disinfection.

In addition, there are six washing liquid soaking tanks and three stripping systems, which use different washing methods for different production conditions, which also provides flexibility, energy saving and extremely convenient adjustment. Because of the buffering of the third tank, the head reactants remain in the first three tanks, and the third tank volume is small, and the alkali exchange is small each time. Therefore, the YP624 bottle washer further reduces the consumption of washing liquid and reduces the environmental pollution caused by a large amount of emissions. The temperature curve is also flatter and the chance of breaking the bottle is smaller.
