Our shot blasting machine is specifically designed for LPG gas cylinders. It uses high-speed projectiles to clean the surface of the cylinder, removing oxide scale and creating a bright, silver-gray finish. This process also helps eliminate internal stresses and enhances the surface adhesion strength. Additionally, the shot blasting increases compressive pre-stress, which improves the rigidity and durability of the cylinder.
The machine operates at an efficiency of 250 pieces per hour, with a maximum workpiece weight of less than 50kg. It can handle various sizes such as 6kg, 12kg, 25kg, 48kg, or customized dimensions. The system includes 4 or 6 shot blasting units depending on the production needs. The total power consumption is approximately 83.5kW, making it energy-efficient and suitable for industrial use.
