2.Processing performance and features
      Our Concrete Mixing Plant consist of aggregate batching machine, aggregate lifting system, aggregate temporary storage hopper, powder material storage and conveyor, liquid storage and conveyor, measuring system, mixing equipment, supporting rack, outer packaging, control room, pneumatic control system, electrical control system, dust removal system and other components.
1). Our product is suitable for medium-sized or large construction such as water and electricity project, roads, docks, bridges construction, high-speed railway projects, large, medium-sized precast factory and commercial concrete production plant.
2). As large electromechanical integrated equipment to store, measure, transport and mix concrete aggregate, powder and liquid material, it could mix various concrete, especially dry hard concrete.

3). The aggregate material is transported by inclined belt conveyor feeding. The belt can be selected from different types such as small- angle belt, herringbone belt and large- angle groove belt according to the site layout.
4). The external in the control room is covered with color sandwich plate to offer environmental friendly performance. The standalone operation room with large size windows and doors could facilitate observation of mixer truck. Heavy- dusty frame steel structure provides a good overall stability. The large operation room is easy for maintenance, while negative pressure dust removal system is used in main mixing equipment. Integral sealing is also used in the head of belt conveyor.

Plastic car exterior parts refer to front and rear bumper moulds, fog lamp moulds, and grilles and all plastic accessories, are requesting high quality with hardened steel 1.2738 or Finkl P20 hard steel in order to guarantee specified mould life such as 1000000shots. Plastic injection material is PP or ABS as per customer's requirement. Ceeto company has skilled design engineering team who is able to design plastic car bumper moulds as per part geometry, bumper mould design will be first considered hidden parting line or visible parting line according to DFM analysis and moldflow report.

Before we ship bumper mould to you, we will have bumper mould buy-off in house together with you, and we must make official at least three mould tryouts and 2000 empty cycle for mould to check if mould function is ok in a certain time.

Normally, you and we attend the validation procedure together and sign off after checking. What we are checking usually are as follows:

  1. Compatibility with Injection Machine to be used
  2. Is size of the mould ( Leight* width* Height ) correct?
  3. Is weight of the mould is correct?
  4. Are lifting eyebolts fully seated on the mold and not interfering with mold action?
  5. Are all transportation bars installed and in correct color as you request?
  6. Are knock-out holes for mechanical ejection and the layout correct as designed?
  7. Is electric box wired correctly as per injection machine standard?
  8. Are dimensions of locating ring correct?
  9. Is radius and orifice diameter of sprue bush correct?
  10. Are clamping features correct?
  11. Is the mold construction compatible with robot gripping if applicable to take off part?

What we will also inspect mould material and heart treatment as follows:


  1. Is any welding used on mold? Is welding process correct for the steel used?
  2. Have all mold plates been stamped with markings?
  3. Provide the heat treatment certificate and hardness for all applicable mold components
  4. Are moving parts nitrided? Provide nitride certificate.
