3. Applicable Range and Technical Specifications

1. Thermo plastic : HDPE, PP, PVDF, PVC
2. The welding joint can be above 10mm wide.
3. Please do not apply to plastic of electrical conductivity (PE - EL), which can make the machine have electrical conductivity.

4. Operating Method

1. Place the welding torch on the bracket, insert the power plug into the socket.

2. Turn on the power switch of the hot air fan, adjust the knob to the 5th or 6th gear, heat for about 8-10 minutes until the material on the nozzle softens.

3. Set the extruder in D or E, pull the button, the motor starts running. For new machines, there may be noise, which could be due to resonance or internal parts. It will disappear after running-in.

4. The motor speed is fast when idle, but becomes heavier after feeding material. If it becomes too difficult, stop immediately. This could be due to insufficient heating time or low temperature.

5. The welding speed, discharge, angle, and nozzle structure determine the evenness and appearance of the weld. The strength depends on preheating temperature and airflow. The average temperature is 300ºC, and higher speeds require higher temperatures.

6. When moving the hot air with the torch, just make sure the surface loses its luster. Higher temperature does not always mean better results. Choosing the right temperature is crucial.

7. When replacing the welding nozzle, avoid hard knocks. Remove it while heated.

8. When the carbon brush of the hot air fan reaches its limit, the motor stops automatically. The original brush lasts about 800 hours, and typically needs replacement every 4-6 months.

9. Before power outage, set the hot air fan's temperature knob to "0". After a few minutes of blowing, turn off the fan.

10. After use, leave a small amount of material in the welding torch to prevent barrel sliding during idle screw rotation.

Note: For PVC, replace with PP or PE after use.

1. Incorrect use may cause fires or burns. Training is required before operation.

2. Using non-recommended accessories may cause injury.

3. Operators should wear protective gear.

4. Prevent burns and leakage from the welding torch and power supply.

5. Install leakage and overload protection on the power supply.

6. Avoid damp environments and do not use in wet areas.

7. Stay alert and do not operate when tired.

8. Repairs and adjustments must be done by professionals. Unauthorized modifications are prohibited.
