3. Applicable Range and Technical Specifications

1. Thermo plastic: HDPE, PP, PVDF, PVC
2. The welding joint can be above 10mm wide.
3. Do not apply to plastics with electrical conductivity (PE-EL), as it may cause the machine to conduct electricity.

4. Operating Instructions

1. Place the welding torch on the bracket, insert the power plug into the socket.

2. Turn on the hot air fan switch, adjust the knob to gear 5 or 6, heat for about 8–10 minutes until the material at the welding nozzle softens.

3. Set the extruder to D or E, press the button to start the motor. For new machines, some noise is normal due to internal resonance or tightness, which will disappear after running-in.

4. The welding speed, angle, and nozzle structure affect the evenness and appearance of the weld. The strength depends on preheating temperature and airflow; the average temperature is around 300°C, and higher speed requires higher temperature.

5. When using the hot air, just make the surface of the material lose its luster. Higher temperature doesn't always mean better results—choosing the right temperature is key.

6. When replacing the welding nozzle, avoid knocking it. It should be removed while heated.

7. When the carbon brush of the hot air fan reaches its limit, the motor will stop automatically. The lifespan of the original carbon brush is about 800 hours, and replacement is needed every 4–6 months.

8. Before a power outage, set the hot air fan temperature knob to "0". After blowing for a few minutes, turn off the fan.

9. After use, keep a small amount of material in the welding torch to prevent the screw from sliding when idle.

Note: For PVC, replace with PP or PE after use.

1. Incorrect use may cause fires or burns. Training is required before operation.

2. Using non-recommended accessories may lead to personal injury.

3. Operators must wear protective gear.

4. Avoid burns and leakage risks from the welding torch or power supply.

5. Install leakage and overload protection devices on the power supply.

6. Avoid damp environments and do not use in wet conditions.

7. Stay alert and avoid operating when tired.

8. Repairs and adjustments must be done by professionals. Unauthorized changes are not allowed.
