Immersion Multi-Stage Centrifugal Pump

Introduction                                                        
The CRK series is a versatile multi-stage centrifugal pump designed to handle a wide range of liquids, from tap water to industrial fluids, at various temperatures and pressures. The CRK model is ideal for non-corrosive liquids, while the CRK variant is suitable for slightly corrosive media. It finds applications in water supply systems, industrial boosting, cooling systems, water treatment processes, and irrigation projects. This pump is widely used in waterworks, high-rise buildings, process flow systems, cleaning systems, fire protection, and more.
 

Application 
The CRK pump is specifically designed for conveying cooling liquids, lubricants, and condensation water in machine tools, industrial cleaning equipment, or any scenario where an immersed pump is required. It can operate under varying temperature, flow, and pressure conditions. The CRK model is suitable for low-corrosive liquids and is commonly used in electric spark machines, lathes, grinders, machining centers, cooling devices, industrial cleaning systems, and filtration units.
Operation Conditions 
It is suitable for thin, clean, non-explosive liquids without solid particles or fibers. It can be used for water, coolant solutions, and cutting lubricants. The liquid temperature range includes normal temperature (from -15°C to +70°C) and warm water (from +70°C to +120°C).
Pump 
The CRK is a non-self-priming, multi-stage centrifugal pump equipped with a standard motor. The motor shaft is directly connected to the pump shaft via a coupling. Depending on the application, the pump can be fitted with an intelligent protector that safeguards it against dry running, phase loss, and overload. To accommodate different installation depths, cavity bodies can be added to adjust the pump length. Dimensions and weight details are provided in the product specifications table.
Motor 
The motor is a fully sealed, air-cooled, 2-pole standard motor. Protection class: IP55. Insulation class: F. Standard voltage: 1×220/230/240V, 3×200/346V, 3×220/240/380/415V, 3×220/225/380/440V. Motors for other voltages can be supplied upon request. Single-phase motors ranging from 0.37kW to 2.2kW are available.

The performance curves shown below are based on the following conditions:
1. All curves are measured at 50Hz with a constant motor speed of 2900rpm or 2950rpm.
2. Curve tolerances comply with ISO 9906 Annex A.
3. Measurements are conducted using 20°C air-free water with a kinematic viscosity of 1 mm²/s.
4. The pump operation should refer to the thickened curve to avoid overheating due to too small flow rate or motor overload caused by excessive flow rate.
