1. Can you send the product drawing to me? Pictures on the website are just for reference. For more accurate information and special requirements, please contact us directly.
2. Can you make OEM orders? Yes, OEM/ODM orders are welcome. Please send us your designs, and we will provide you with reasonable prices and high-quality products. Just provide the drawings or detailed specifications, and we can produce parts accordingly.
3. What kind of files do you accept? PDF, DXF, IGS, STEP, X-T, High Resolution JPG.
4. How long can I expect to get the sample? Samples will be ready within 5-15 days after confirming the shop drawings. They will be sent via express and arrive within 3-5 days.
5. What about the lead time for mass production? Normally, it takes 15-30 days, depending on the order quantity and season. If your project is urgent, we can expedite it. We recommend starting your inquiry at least one month before you need the products.
6. What are your terms of delivery? We accept EXW, FOB, CNF, etc. Choose the most convenient option for you. If you have your own express account, that’s also welcome.
