1. Search Our Inventory Before You Go

We offer a detailed online inventory system that helps you locate the exact part you need. Since we have three locations, it's important to know which one to visit. Take a look at our inventory now to save yourself some time on the day of your visit.

2. Bring the Right Tools and Prepare to Shop

Once you've decided on a location, gather your tools and head over. We have plenty of parking at all of our yards, but please note that customers are not allowed to work on their vehicles in the lot. When you arrive, our friendly sales associates will check you in, collect your $1 admission fee, and handle your waiver. If you need help finding your part, they can print out the vehicle location with row and spot numbers. We also provide wheelbarrows to help you carry your items easily.

3. Locate and Remove Your Part

Our yards are organized by vehicle type, and maps are available both in the lobby and online. For example, at our Richmond location, there’s a dedicated section for imports like Kias, Hondas, and Toyotas. Once you find the right area, cars are arranged in rows starting at #1 and moving upward, with each vehicle labeled with a letter (A, B, C, etc.). All vehicles are lifted off the ground on wheels, so you won’t need a jack—jacks are not allowed for safety reasons. Use your tools to remove the part you need and return to the front desk. 4. Checkout and Take Your Part Home

When you return to the lobby with your part, our team will assist you with the checkout. You can pay with cash or credit card. Every part comes with a 30-day warranty at no extra cost. If you want more protection, we also offer affordable extended warranties upon request.
