Before heading to the yard, take a look at our online inventory system. It shows the exact location of each part, helping you save time and avoid unnecessary trips. We have three locations, so be sure to check which one has the part you're looking for. This step can help you plan your visit more efficiently and ensure you don’t miss anything important.

2. Bring the Right Tools and Prepare to Visit

Once you know which location to go to, gather your tools and head over. We offer ample parking, but please note that working on your vehicle in the yard is not allowed. Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted by our sales team who will collect your $1 admission fee and assist with the necessary paperwork. They can also print out the location of the vehicle you're looking for, including row and spot numbers. We also provide wheelbarrows to help you carry your parts easily from the yard back to the lobby.

3. Locate and Remove Your Part

Our yards are organized by car type, and maps are available in our lobbies and online. For example, our Richmond location has a dedicated area for imports like Kias, Hondas, and Toyotas. Each row starts at #1 and goes up, with vehicles labeled using letters (A, B, C, etc.). Every car has a sticker showing its row and spot number, making it easy to navigate. Once you find the right vehicle, you'll notice that all cars are lifted off the ground on wheels—no jacks are needed. Use your tools to remove the part you need and return to the desk to complete your purchase.

4. Checkout and Take Your Part Home

When you return to the lobby with your part, our staff will process your purchase. You can pay with cash or credit card. All parts come with a 30-day warranty at no extra cost. If you want extended coverage, we offer affordable options at checkout. It’s our goal to make sure you leave satisfied and confident in the quality of your purchase.
