Machining Of Heavy Duty Wagon Cart
CNC Cutting
Transport the steel plate from the raw material warehouse to the CNC cutting workshop for cutting. After cutting, workers will perform simple processing like chip removal and setting out.
Preliminary Assembling
Assemble the cut steel plates according to the design drawings.
Welding
Use an automatic welding machine to weld the steel plates after preliminary assembling.
Post Weld Treatment
Test the welded sections, polish, and remove burrs. Perform post-weld treatment to eliminate welding stress.
Spray Primer
After processing, transport the structural parts to the painting booth for primer spraying. The main component of the primer is zinc-rich epoxy anti-rust paint, applied in two layers.
Assembling
Assemble the structural parts with wheels, motors, gearboxes, etc., after applying the primer.
Paint Finish
Transport the assembled cart to the painting booth, inspect the primer's integrity, then apply the finish paint.
Debugging
After painting the finish, debug the cart using the electric control system. Conduct a no-load test, followed by a load test. After inspection, transport the cart to storage.
