On September 14th, 2010, in the square of the front door of Yanzhou Theatre in Shanxi, Xicheng District of Beijing presented 13 environmental sanitation vehicles to Luzhou City.

In the past three years, Xicheng District of Beijing Municipality and Luzhou City have formed friendship areas and cities and carried out all-round exchanges and cooperation. On the 14th, Xicheng District of Beijing presented 4 sets of suction trucks, 2 sprinklers, 2 garbage trucks, 4 small sweepers and 1 compression truck to Ganzhou City. The 13 environmental sanitation vehicles donated were put into use recently.
