Sprinkler head valve adopts ball valve, structure as shown in the figure. The ball valve is composed of valve body adjustment seat, seal ring, ball valve, stem handle and other components. The ball valve can be opened and closed when the handle is rotated by 90°. The ball valve can be adjusted with rotation to meet the requirements.

Daily maintenance and maintenance of 10 tons of sprinklers :

1. Car chassis and supporting pump maintenance according to the corresponding instructions for use.

2. Before the vehicle is used, it should be worn in accordance with the requirements of the vehicle's instructions.

3. When the long-distance transfer is consigned, there should be a fixed anti-skid device around the front and rear of the vehicle, and there should be more than 200mm clearance around it.

4. The front nozzle and rear sprinklers should generally be removed in the field to prevent loss of looseness.

5. Regularly inspect each outlet hole and mouth for clogging, and clean up when debris is found to be clogged.

6. After each shift is completed, the oil should be cleaned, the pipes should be neatly coiled, and the scene cleaned up. The doors should be locked out.

7. When the vehicle is not used for a long time or stored in winter, the remaining water in the tank, the pump and the pipeline should be drained. When the vehicle is stored, it should be parked in the carport and wipe clean to avoid exposure to rain and rain.

★ 10 tons of sprinkler work route

Before water absorption, align the position of the top of the three-way ball valve on the water inlet (note: the inlet and the filter are on the same side), open the valve of the inlet, and start the vehicle to the neutral position, step on the clutch and open the power take off device. Switch, need to add a small amount of water before water absorption, just start adding a little throttle, drive the pump to complete the separation of air and liquid in the pipeline, so that the pressure in the pipeline is less than the outside pressure, automatic pumping, release the throttle. After water absorption is completed, close the valve on the inlet side.

Inlet route:

Import Pipes ---- Filters ---- Pumps --- Four Tees ---- Water Tanks

When watering, align the position of the top of the three-way ball valve on the water outlet. The valve on the inlet side is closed, open the required water outlet, and automatically discharge water. If you need to spray, press the clutch, open the power takeoff, spray the throttle, spray When finished, close the drain switch.

Water route:

Water tank ---- four three links ---- filter ---- water pump ---- water end (forward or after the sprinkle)

★ The basic components of the 10 ton sprinkler:

1. Chassis: Dongfeng, Futian, Jianghuai and other truck chassis are used. After refitting, the vehicle performance is the same as that of the original car. When using the truck, it should be operated according to the instruction manual of the truck.

2. Power take-off box: mounted on the consolidation box, there are two types of left and right. The main function is to take out the engine power and transmit it to the on-board water pump through the transmission shaft. Its operation function is shown in the power take-off manual.

3, water pump: self-priming sprinkler or centrifugal pump, its performance and parameters are detailed in the oil pump instructions.

4. Sprinkler pipes: The pipes of the sprinkler truck include the entrance and exit, front punch, rear spout, side spray, high-pressure gun, four-way ball valves, and filter tee.
