According to reports, through the implementation of national technological innovation projects, corporate R&D investment has been increasing rapidly year by year, and the ability to innovate has rapidly increased. The pilot innovation alliance has been deployed in all strategic emerging industries and most of the key revitalization industries, bringing together more than 1,100 industry leaders, key universities, and scientific research institutions. The participating companies’ main business revenue in 2009 exceeded 7 trillion yuan.
