According to the American media Autoblog, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) revealed that due to the misassembly of the Nissan 2012 Altima and 2012 NV microfabricated airbag controllers, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration was on August 15 local time. The two Altima and NV vehicles that were in question were produced on June 15, 21 and June 23 and 28, 2011 respectively. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration stated that this incorrect installation will prevent it from being designed in advance. That works, causing the airbag to fail to open during a crash, which will directly increase the risk of injury.

Nissan Altima was recalled in 2007 and a few weeks ago, and the recent issue is relatively small. Nissan said that it will replace the airbag controller for free around August 22.
