1. Introduction of the copper wire recycling machine
Waste Wire Recycling Machine is a kind of advanced technique. Mainly applicable to different waste wires/cables, separating plastic wrapping from copper wire nodules(copper particles) through crushing and grinding, while crushed nodules and plastic are further separated by vibrating system, then air separation completely isolates the wrapping from nodules.
2. Purpose
Various kinds of waste wires and cables (which have been used for telecommunication) have been already recycled and exchanged globally. Our main purpose is to prevent the loss of copper and other essential substances by recycling waste products and to strengthen the automatic operation and new technology. All these recycling process can increase the recovery rate as well as production efficiency rate and it also can decrease the labor force. Thus, it does not only promote the development of national economy but also it protects the environment and develops the recycling industry.
3. Copper Plastic Powder Separating Machine characteristics

4. Main equipments and functions:
(1) No. 1 cutting machine, it needs the operator to put the waste wires into machine. Although this step must be operated manually, it has the features like easy to operate and high output.
(2) Magnetic conveyer: It moves the waste wire from No. 1 cutting machine to No. 2 machine, and the magnet is equipped at the top of the it; When the No. 2 pulverizer is full, the conveyer will stop working till the No. 2 machine gets right.

(3) No. 2 pulverizer: It is a device which is used for crushing the 2~3cm wire from No. 1 pulverizer. This machine can crush the foreign body on external surface and separate the external rubber with copper completely. Additionally, the filtering network fixed at the bottom of machine is used for controlling the processing speed and output for different wires, and it is suitable for processing the cable from thinner one like hair to thicker one like power cable when it change the filter network. The pulverizing chamber can be operated by oil pressure system, what is more, it is easier to repair and change the blade.

(4) Blower- move the crushed materials from No. 2 pulverizer to sorter by wind wave and pressure.

(5) Sorter_as a core part, it is used to separate the copper and external rubber, though the structure is complex, it is easy to operate.

(6) Cloth dust collector_this device is used for collecting the dust produced in sorter through blower, there are 12 filtration woven belts whose material is imported diffusing tissue which can recycle the dust effectively, and so guarantee the cleanliness of the air of surrounding environment.

(7) Air rock (Rotary valve)_Lie in the lower extreme of dust collector, for discharging the inside dust effectively, operate the rotary valve termly.

(8) Screw conveyer_the dust in dust collector is recycled by rotary valve and discharged outside.

(9) Control cabinet_as a control device, it is used for adjusting all the machines and equipped with emergency stop and timing function. The working principle is using the PLC to control each part of the machine with strong controllability.
