A single screw extruder is a machine used to form a plastic product into the required shape. The machine heats the plastic raw material (e.g. PVC) to its melting point, after which it is pushed through a die that gives the material its shape. The steel product price list for today shows that the price of Φ6.5mm Q235 rebar from Tangsteel is 5,030 yuan/ton, which is slightly higher compared to yesterday, last week, and last month. Similarly, Guanggang's Φ6.5mm Q235 high line is priced at 5,250 yuan/ton, with a small increase over the past periods. For Φ8mm Q335 wide steel, the price remains stable at 5,250 yuan/ton.
In terms of rebars, Sha Steel’s Φ10mm HRB335 is currently at 5,750 yuan/ton, while Tang Steel’s Φ14mm HRB335 is at 5,420 yuan/ton. The price for Φ16mm HRB335 from Tang Steel is 5,260 yuan/ton, and for Φ18-25mm HRB335, Guangzhou Steel is at 5,370 yuan/ton, while Yufeng Steel offers it at 5,250 yuan/ton. For larger sizes like Φ36-40mm HRB335, Handan Steel is listed at 5,480 yuan/ton.
For Class III rebars, Ma Steel’s Φ12mm HRB400 is at 5,570 yuan/ton, with the same price for Φ14mm and Φ25mm.
Moving on to hot rolled coils, Meigang’s 3.0mm*1250*C Q235 is at 5,730 yuan/ton, matching the prices of Handan Steel and Angang. For 4.75mm and 5.75mm coils, Handan Steel is priced at 5,560 yuan/ton each.
Cold rolled coils and sheets show some variation. Masteel’s 1.0mm*1250*C Q195 is at 6,520 yuan/ton, while Kunming Steel offers it at 6,490 yuan/ton. Angang’s 1.0mm, 2.0mm, and 3.0mm cold rolled sheets are all priced at 6,630 yuan/ton. The 1.0mm cold rolled coil from Angang is at 6,590 yuan/ton.
For color coated rolls, CGCC Pangang’s 0.426*1000*C is at 8,100 yuan/ton, while SGCC Changzhou Chang Song offers similar products at 8,100 yuan/ton. The 0.476*1000*C variant is priced at 7,950 yuan/ton.
Galvanized coils remain steady, with Yuhong’s 0.5mm*1000*C at 6,800 yuan/ton and 1.0mm at 6,600 yuan/ton. Shunde Pohang offers 0.5mm at 6,750 yuan/ton, while Shunde Posco has 1.0mm at 6,480 yuan/ton. Overall, the market remains relatively stable, with minor fluctuations in certain grades and sizes.
